How it Started
Started in 2020 with just $300 and a dream of creating passive income, then 18 year old owner Robert Rouillier purchased his first vending machine from a retirement home and secured his first location at one of his hometown hotels while still in highschool. Pleased with his results, he moved from his hometown in Georgia to bring his business to the first coast. Now, with dozens of machines around the Jacksonville area, he runs the business that donates to a cause that people can get behind, especially in our coastal community.
Being a Jacksonville resident, he wanted to create a business that can thrive on the first coast. Growing up, he was always fascinated by ocean conservation projects and wants to do his part. That's why in early 2022, Robert decided that his business will donate 10% of all profits beginning in 2023 to help support the fight for Ocean Conservation. VendingWhale believes that great snacks don't have to end up as plastic waste in our communities, and that customers can still enjoy great vending solutions without damaging the planet.
